3 Ways You Can Beat the Tax Deadline and Save on Your Taxes 

This week we filed tax extensions for S-Corporations and Partnership LLCs.  We are now heading toward the NEXT Tax Deadline, which is TUESDAY, April 18, 2022, about 30 days from today.  

While the March 15th Deadline was not for everyone. The APRIL 18th DEADLINE COMING is for EVERYONE.  Let’s discuss upcoming Tax Deadlines Coming, 

March 31, 2022 – 1099 must be filed 

April 18, 2022 – Form 1040, 1120, 1041 must be filed 

April 18, 2022 – All Income TAX must be PAID 

May 2, 2022 – Employment Tax Return Forms Due for March

The April 18th tax deadline is for EVERYONE and below let’s summarize what needs to be done for Personal vs Business Taxes:

1.  Individuals 

  • FILE their income TAX RETURN or Suffer Penalties.  
  • PAY 2021 income taxes due or Suffer Penalties.

2.  Business Owners who are Incorporated, Not Yet Incorporated, and designated as C-Corporations MUST 

  • PAY all income tax due based on their net income or  BOTTOM-LINE earnings from 2021.  If tax payment is not made, you will  PAY INTEREST and PENALTIES for not paying the taxes when due.  

If you fear that you may owe, the #1 thing to do to avoid tax and financial problems is GET A TAX EXTENSION and an ESTIMATED INCOME TAX ANALYSIS from your Accountant.
